- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I lost my passport and I had a week left to obtain a new one before my travel date so I ended up scheduling an appointment in order to get one expedited within 24 hours. The customer service from the guards at the entrance and all through the building were phenomenal. The four ladies who helped me out were courteous, from Tiffany, Renee and the other two whose names escape me but I know that they helped ease my fear of having to cancel my trip and helped me get what I wanted. There was a great meeting with a Score volunteer who worked as a chemical engineer from India and worked for Polaroid. Liked my business plan for senior companion and agency to promote seniors to regain independence in their lives. I stopped here to see about getting a passport.
