- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm giving it one star because it's most unreliable transportation system I ever seen: train can stop somewhere in between station and stay there for 10-15 mins. There are not enough signage throughout the T system, so if you're not Bostonian it's really hard to understand how to use it. Cooling system in most of the central stations is very poor. As a solutions MBTA just put couple of fans in these stations (not all of them) that barely makes a difference. Stations and trains are very dirty and smells bad. Hard to imagine when it was disinfected and cleaned last time. Advice to management: hire consultants from Europe or any other country that has good subway.By Aleksei Isin, November 30, 2016
